The act of viewing my art on a third-party platform does not grant any rights for AI processing, scraping, or modification.
3. Strict AI Prohibitions
No Data Mining: No part of this artwork may be used to train, test, or update any machine learning or artificial intelligence models, including Generative AI or Stable Diffusion.
No AI Alteration: The use of AI tools to alter, "enhance," "remix," or "style-transfer" this artwork is strictly prohibited. This includes using AI "filters" or "generative fill" on any of my posted images.
No Derivative Works: The creation of derivative works based on the artist's unique style or compositions using AI algorithms is a violation of copyright.
4. Usage Permissions
- No reproduction or distribution for commercial purposes without written consent.
- No uploading to platforms utilizing "opt-out" AI training policies.
- The artist must be credited in all approved non-commercial shares.
5. Legal Enforcement
Unauthorized use, especially for AI-related purposes, constitutes direct infringement. The artist reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to:
